WELCOME
what brings you here
Lately, I have been thinking about…
working through childhood trauma
realizing and asserting my boundaries
my stress, anxiety, and depression
getting to know myself better and cultivating my self esteem
becoming better acquainted with my intuition and spirituality
recognizing and transforming my negative thoughts and behaviours
developing communication skills to navigate and nourish my relationships
understanding my patterns of dependence and addiction
connecting with my child to nurture a deeper bond

approaches
Holistic
Mending the deeply enmeshed connection between the body and the mind by working through body-oriented exercises such as breathwork, somatic exercises, and body scanning offering insight into our psyche and emotional release.
Humanistic
Serving the subjective experience of the individual and their innate human value in this world through the process of meaning-making and individuation.
Psychodynamic
Understand how unconscious motivators influence present behaviours to gain insight into how past experiences shape our way of being, including calamitous relationships, dependence and substance abuse.
Trauma Focused
Collaborate to create a safe container in which to tend to traumatic experiences, particularly in childhood and adolescents. Establish coping techniques in order to safely revisit and work through sensitive content.
“The goal of the recovery process is not to become normal. The goal is to embrace our human vocation of becoming more deeply, more fully human. The goal is not normalization. The goal is to become the unique, awesome, never to be repeated human being that we are called to be.”
– Patricia Deegan
Relational
Understand the influence of past relationships on perpetuating patterns with the other and how it shapes concept of self. Establish boundaries that respect the integrity of the individual as well as the limitations of others.
Transpersonal
Nurture the connection with the subtle that is outside of the individual, to impact and be impacted by, often cultivating creativity or a better understanding of passions and purpose.

about me
My goal is to connect with people whom have a desire to reach their greatest potential. In this journey, we often have to face challenging material. I am a great proponent of the transformative power of hardships and the deepening transformations they can have on our life, once examined. I would like to join you in that journey.
training
I have more than ten years experience working with people in the helping profession. In that time, I acquired my HBSc in the field of Psychology, and later my M.A. in the field of Applied Psychology and Human Development. I received training in the Existential-Integrative modality and am currently a pre-licensed practitioner.
“There is a heart that we know about long before we are taught that the heart is a pump. I am speaking here of the heart that can break, the heart that grows weary, the hardened heart, the heartless one, the cold heart, the heart that aches, the heart that stands still, the heart that leaps with joy, and the one who has lost heart.”
